Catering Payment & Delivery Policy

1. Payment Methods

  • All catering orders must be paid through our secure payment system (in-person, online, or POS).
  • We do not accept credit-card information via email, text, or phone.
  • Payments must come directly from the customer. We cannot process payments for third-party delivery services.

2. Delivery & Third-Party Pickup

  • If you arrange a third-party pickup, please coordinate directly with the courier.
  • We cannot pay or reimburse third parties on your behalf.
  • All catering orders will be fully prepared and ready at the scheduled pickup time.

3. Security Notice

  • This policy protects your information and prevents fraud.
  • Any attempt to bypass our secure system (manual card entry, emailed card details, or third-party payment requests) will result in order cancellation.

Return and Refund Policy


 Catering Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • All catering orders are considered confirmed once payment is processed through our secured payment system.
  • A confirmation email or invoice will be sent outlining your order, date, time, and total charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

  •  made 7 or more business days before the scheduled event:
    -Full refund of food and standard fees.

              -Non-refundable deposit fees (if applicable) will be retained.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 business days before the event:
    -50% refund of food charges.

              -Any non-refundable deposits or fees will be retained.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the event:
    -No refund will be issued.

              -This includes cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies, or change of plans.

3. Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method used.

  • No refunds will be issued for payments made through unsecured methods (e.g., emailed card numbers or manual entry outside our secure system).
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

4. Event Changes adjustments to menu items or guest count must be requested at least 5 business days in advance.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if significant changes are made after this period.

5. Delivery & Third-Party Pickup the order leaves our kitchen for delivery or pickup, refunds are not available.

  • We are not responsible for third-party courier issues or delays.

6. Special Considerations will not be issued for any fraudulent or suspicious orders, including:
              -Orders requesting manual credit-card entry via email or phone

               -Orders asking us to pay third parties on the customer’s behalf

               -Orders where the payment cannot be verified through our secure system
