Our Flushing Grab & Go Suite is designed for quick, impulsive convenience! You can walk right into our suite inside the Main St. Marketplace (rear entrance) and shop our freshly stocked retail fridge of single-serving Heat & Eat meals, dessert shooters, and spice mixes.
Our Pre-Ordering system online guarantees your favorite meals are locked in and waiting for you before the fridge sells out for the week.
Can I still order your top-selling "2 Meals for $65" family package?
Absolutely! Our signature 2 Meals for $65 package (providing 4 generous family-sized servings per meal) remains our absolute best-seller for busy households. You can order this package directly through our weekly online menu at saltlifereflections.com for a seamless mid-week fridge restock.
Can I customize a meal if I have specific dietary goals (like GLP-1 or allergies)?
We love accommodating your wellness journeys! To keep custom ordering financially sustainable and high-quality, we offer custom modifications under the following guidelines:
- Weekly Menu Swaps: If you need an ingredient omitted or swapped using items we are already cooking this week, just use our website contact form or call us at 810-895-2091 to place the order.
- Custom Off-Menu Requests: If you require a fully tailored menu outside our current weekly line-up, we require a minimum order of 5 meals ($100 total). This allows us to source fresh, specialized ingredients explicitly for you.
How do I place an order for custom meal prep or event catering?
Because custom meal prep and event catering require tailored chef adjustments, these cannot be purchased directly through the standard grab-and-go online cart. You can secure your order in two easy ways:

- Phone: Call us directly at 810-895-2091 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, to speak directly with our team!
What is your order cutoff time, and how much notice do you require?
Because we prepare all of our meal prep orders fresh to order in small batches inside our commercial kitchen,we require a strict 48-hour advance notice for all Weekly Meal Prep and Custom Meal Prep orders.
- For Online Pre-Orders & Custom Plans: Your order must be placed at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. This gives our culinary team the time needed to source and prepare your fresh ingredients.
- Need Something Sooner? If you are inside that 48-hour window and need dinner tonight, skip the website and come right into our Flushing Grab & Go Suite (rear entrance of 210 E Main St)! Our retail fridge is freshly stocked daily with single-serve Heat & Eat meals, family pans, and desserts available for immediate, walk-in shopping—no notice required.
